Meta Meditation® is more than a moment of well-being: it is above all a tool to harmonise body, mind and spirit in order to overcome current difficulties, to free oneself from them.

Meta allows us as we practice meditation to gain access to another vision. The practice of meditation brings us a peace and an inner detachment which favors taking a step back on our life, or our place in the world.

Through the awareness of your breathing, you do nothing, your body becomes a big ear, all your senses are awakened until you merge into the music.

Meditation requires regular practice which brings you a moment of sweetness every day, an opportunity to refocus on the essential, a break between you and yourself.
Participating in group sessions helps you to densify and channel your body, mind and spirit energy. At first, it is easier to meditate together, carried by the so-called collective energy. Each being an actor in this world, you bring your originality by learning through the testimonies of the other participants.
